At MediCaptain, we stand by the performance and protection of our gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included to maintain product integrity.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
